Lacquered walnuts in Manitol
For the mixture of dextrose and LyoFrambuesa
- 92 g dextrose
- 8 g powdered LyoFrambuesa
For the lacquered walnuts in Manitol
- Heat the oven to 180°C and put the walnuts for 5 min to remove all the damp.
- Put the Manitol in a saucepan and heat it gradually until it dissolves.
- Stick half a walnut on a brochette stick and plunge quickly into the Manitol liquid. Bury it quickly in the LyoFrambuesa and dextrose mixture so that part of it stays attached.
